Right and License

In an effort to be easily accessible and become a global reference, MAZAWA Journal has adopted an Open Access policy. Starting in 2025, this journal has adopted a copyright and licensing policy that promotes the rights of authors and the ethical use of published content.

Copyright Ownership:

Authors retain full copyright of their articles published by the journal.

MAZAWA Journal does not require authors to transfer their copyright to the journal or its publisher.

Publishing License:

All published articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

This license allows users to share (copy and distribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that:

Attribution — Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. They may do so in a reasonable manner, but not in a way that suggests that you endorse them or their use.

NonCommercial — Users may not use the material for commercial purposes.

No additional restrictions — Users may not impose legal terms or technical measures that legally restrict others from doing anything that this license permits.
