Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines and template will automatically be rejected.
To be eligible for publication in the MANOVA Journal, authors must adhere to the following guidelines:
Submitted articles must be unpublished or submitted for publication elsewhere. All articles submitted to the MANOVA Journal must be written in English. Manuscripts must be typed in MS Word with a maximum length of 7,000 words. Article submissions must be made through OJS. Articles published in this journal include articles on research findings in the field of management science, or conceptual articles/literature studies. Manuscripts are typed with due regard for the rules of standard language use, punctuation, and spelling, based on the Enhanced Indonesian Spelling Guidelines. The format for writing an article is as follows:
Research Title
The title should be written clearly, unambiguously, and identify the content of the article. Maximum 15 words.
Author's Name and Author's Affiliation
Write the author's name without any titles or academic degrees. If there is more than one author, list all authors' names.
Abstract
The abstract should be written in English and should contain the main issues, research objectives, methods or approaches, and results. The abstract should be written in one paragraph, with a maximum of 250 words. It should include: background, objectives, research methods, results, and conclusions. It should be written in Times New Roman 10 font, single-spaced, and italicized.
Keywords
A maximum of 5 keywords in English with clear and distinctive meanings. Keywords should be separated by a semicolon (;).
INTRODUCTION
Generally, the introduction presents the background to the chosen topic or title of the article, the significance of the discussion in this article, and the general structure of the article.
RESEARCH METHODS
The research methods describe the type of research, data collection methods, and data analysis. The research methods do not need to include definitions of the assumption tests used.
Results and Discussion
This section presents the research results and discussion. Various theoretical and practical implications should be presented here.
CONCLUSION
This section presents the research conclusions, limitations, and future research agendas.
BIBLIOGRAPHY
The bibliography should be written according to APA style (www.apastyle.org), which uses alphabetical order. Only references cited or presented in in-text citations are listed in the bibliography. The bibliography should be written using reference software (Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, etc.).
